This 15 acre commercial development includes 10 buildings with grocery, financial, food service, retail and service provider offerings. The project involved the following phases:
Originally zoned for agricultural use, Froehlich completed zoning changes, mapping and design in support of the commercial development. The Neighborhood Walmart acts as the anchor, with out-parcels dedicated to the foregoing offerings.
In-house project development scope included design and construction oversight for the site proper as well as the initial seven (7) parcels' facilities. The remaining (3) three parcels' facilities are being designed and constructed in-house.
The unique retail center is located at the northwest corner of Allen Road and Brimhall Road in Bakersfield, California.
